Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products and stand by their craftsmanship. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. To qualify for a refund:

• The defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

• Proof of defect (such as photos or a detailed description) must be provided.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, accidental damage, or improper care

• Change of mind

• Minor variations in color, texture, or grain (for natural materials)

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us at michael@esotericbody.com with:

1. Your order number

2. A description of the defect

3. Supporting photos or videos

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the next steps. If approved, we will replace the item if the materials are available, if not a refund will be issued.

Exchanges & Repairs

In most cases, I offer a replacement or repair instead of a refund. If applicable, we will discuss this option with you during the review process.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you will receive a shipping address when the return is processed. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
